Binish Anjum is an attorney with a decade of experience primarily practicing Real Estate Law. Since 2016, she has successfully represented hundreds of clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, including condominiums and cooperative units. Having handled over 700 transactions, Binish brings a wealth of experience, precision, and foresight to every matter she undertakes.

As the daughter of immigrants, Binish understands the importance of hard work, perseverance, and building generational wealth – values that inspire her commitment to protecting her clients’ interests at every step of their real estate journey. Binish earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2015 and graduated with Honors from Hofstra University in 2012 with a dual major in Political Science and Psychology.

A proud Long Island native, Binish grew up in Valley Stream, and now resides in Suffolk County. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, making sweet confections, and exploring new destinations around the globe.
